More Concept Art

Ladies and Gents, say hello to Grace, an efreet from the novel I am writing, who is released from imprisonment and owes the hero a life debt, but whose past continuously catches up with him at unfortunate times.
Painted entirely in Painter IX.5, this piece took a good 10 hours to do, which is ludicrous really for a piece of concept art. However, it did go through several iterations of hair/costume design. I'm still very unhappy with the pants, which don't look silken at all. Also, his arms - which are slightly long on purpose - actually make his legs look far too short, making him look weird. I COULD have corrected this, but for concept, I think I have everything down the way I want it.
Am getting used to the way Painter works now. I have noticed, though, that the work looks so much better close up than it does in these "full-length" overviews (this one is 1/10 actual size). Linked below are two LARGE files (1meg+ each, so don't click if you don't have Broadband of some kind) which show you some of the detail that you can't get the feel for in the overview.
